FAQS

No. We love to entertain people of all ages, from 1 to 100.

Our presenters will typically bring about 7-8 animals for a 1 hour program but the number of animals may pertain to the amount of questions from children and group size.

Yes, children will be able to pet select animals. Our wildlife educators will let them know which animals they can touch, and how to do so safely

Each educator selects animals for their shows a little differently. A wildlife program will include a combination of snakes, lizards, insects, turtles, frogs, and mammals. If there is a specific animal you would really love to see, please ask. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. Because each educator picks their favorites, if you book again, you may have the opportunity to meet new animals if their favorites are different. No animal is guaranteed as our animals require days off due to shedding, feeding, and other program activity but we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

Tips are not included or expected, but are always appreciated.

Our animals are very much used to being handled and being around people. With that said, they are still animals and should be respected at all times. Our presenter will guide the guests on how to properly pet our animal friends.

Yes, your program can be outdoors but the temperature must be between 70 and 95 degrees. Below 70 or above 95 requires indoor climate controlled space and above 80 requires shade.
